Recently Uncle Wellington’s Wives released ‘The Catcher’. The single is produced by Filip Tanghe (Balthazar) and mastered by Frederik Dejongh (Jerboa Mastering: Eels, AKS, Balthazar).
The song is an exploration of anxiety. To explore that feeling, Uncle Wellington’s Wives asked Belgian artist Sophie Doutreligne to paint the artwork. Designer Giel Dedeurwaerder created a claustrophobic space to film an enigmatic video, directed by the bands loyal video maker Hannes Bruyneel (Milow).
